The patient presented in the case report in her 2nd. Gensingen brace™. A 3CN Gensingen brace™ was adjusted leading to an overcorrection. The initial angle of curvature was 27° and in brace correction was −16°. The little amount the apical vertebra is rotated shows a high flexibility of the curve. Nevertheless, an overcorrection has only been achieved when the correction was changed to single curve correction without addressing the lumbar curve.
