During treatment the compliant (A) and pain-free (B) patients improved statistically at each time frame considered, while non-compliant and painful did not. At each time-step there was no difference between the populations. Interestingly, in compliant and pain-free patients, together with the reduction of problems, there was a reduction of the standard deviation of values, so testifying a standardization of the answers. The opposite occurred in non-compliant and painful patients, where the standard deviations increased.Back to article page
